A few weeks ago I was given the opportunity to host a Facebook Live event on the OCR Strong Facebook page, where I spent about an hour discussing food and fluid strategies for OCR athletes.

During the live session, I answered questions and covered pre-race and post-race strategies as well as how to fuel during your race.
