- 1 Tbsp cacao powder
- 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 scoop collagen powder
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup milk of choice dairy or plant-based
Boil Water: Heat 1 cup of water in an electric kettle or a pot on the stove.
Mix Ingredients: In a large mug, add 1 Tbsp cacao powder, 1 Tbsp maple syrup, 1 scoop collagen powder, 1/4 tsp ground turmeric, a pinch of cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt. Add 1 cup of boiled water. Mix with an electric frother until smooth.
Add Milk: Pour in 1/4 cup of milk of your choice and stir again with the frother or a spoon for a creamy finish.
Blender Option: For an extra smooth texture, combine all ingredients (except the milk) in a blender with a steam release (like a Vitamix). Blend until smooth, pour into a mug, and stir in the milk.
