Equipment

  • Measuring spoons
  • Electric kettle
  • Electric frother wand
  • High speed blender optional

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 scoop collagen powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice dairy or plant-based

Instructions
 

  • Boil Water: Heat water in an electric kettle or a pot on the stove.
  • Mix Ingredients: In a large mug, combine cacao powder, maple syrup, collagen, turmeric, cinnamon, and sea salt. Mix with an electric frother until smooth.
